2. Under Payment Options, select:  

          1. Full Payment  OR   2. Deposit Payment.

If you select Deposit Payment your remaining balance will be processed with your credit card on file on the date indicated on your Confirmation Letter.

If there is a waitlist for the registration type you would like we encourage you to fill in the registration form and select the waitlist option (no payment necessary). We often find that there are changes to availability and a spot may open up. You may also contact us directly at [email protected] with any questions.

We do our best to honor your registration type. If enrollment pairings are such that we cannot fulfill the occupancy type you have selected, we will contact you 90 days prior to your trip. Click here to view our Policies. Feel free to contact us in the meantime if you have concerns.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation letter with a link to purchase travel insurance and protect yourself from losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Participants Terms and Conditions

• There are no smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol, permitted on the property at any time during the retreat.
• This is a completely electronics-free event. No cell phones, cameras, etc.

Cancellation Policy

• Initial deposits and the $35 registration fee are non-refundable.
• 50% of payments are refundable up to 90 days before a retreat excluding the initial deposit and the $35 registration fee.
• 89 days prior to a retreat, tuition is non-refundable.
• Full tuition is refunded if the trip is canceled due to low enrollment. The $35 registration fee is not refundable.
